About me

I was a master student at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Data Science. I am also a member of Long Research Group at Perelman School of Medicine, advised by Prof. Qi Long.

My research interests include but are not limited to natural language processing, machine learning, social media mining, and clinical decision making in healthcare.

Our paper Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing for Geolocation-Centric Monitoring and Characterization of Opioid-Related Social Media Chatter has been published on JAMA Network Open. Besides, some reporters are writing an article about it.

I joined the Long Research Group at Perelman School of Medicine of University of Pennsylvania, working with Prof. Qi Long. Our focus is to build predictive models for early detection of diseases from electronic health records (EHRs).

I joined the Health Language Processing Lab at University of Pennsylvania and worked with Prof. Abeed Sarker to conduct research on social media mining.
